These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of RML Innovations’s Website and products.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing RML Innovations products we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use RML Innovations’s website

and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website
and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers
to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client
or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake
the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings
of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect
of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law
of . Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Warranty Conditions

RML Innovations warrants only to the original purchaser of a RML Innovations product that the instrument purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from point of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Wear or breakage of strings, or other normal wear and tear of the product

• Defects caused by modification, misuse, or improper maintenance of the product

• Asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgements

• Defects caused by accident or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity that cause harm to the product

• Defects asserted by any purchaser who did not purchase the instrument from RML Innovations.

Limitation on Obligations

The obligations of RML Innovations are limited to repair or replacement of parts of the instrument found to be defective under this Limited Warranty. In no event shall RML Innovations be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to time, wages or lost profits, of any nature or kind or for damages to or loss of property.

No Other Warranties

The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of RML Innovations.

Claim Procedures

Claims for warranty performance and service shall be made by sending the defect parts, shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser, to RML Innovations, together with (a) evidence confirming the original purchase by purchaser (such as a copy of the sales invoice or receipt, a credit card slip, or the like); (b) a brief description of the nature of the asserted defect; and (c) the name, address and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the instrument is to be returned. RML Innovations shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the product, and make service, repairs and replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. Upon completion of the service, the instrument shall be returned by RML Innovations to the original purchaser, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this Limited Warranty, the instrument shall be returned without repairs or replacement, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser.


Unless otherwise stated, RML Innovations and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for
all material on RML Innovations. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print
pages from for your own personal use or for promotional purposes subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Reservation of Rights

reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing
to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness
or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the
